Sucrose esters 

 Also known as: sucrose fatty acid ester 

 Properties: This product is white to brown powder, dispersed or dissolved in water, soluble in chloroform, soluble in hot ethanol and other organic solvents, weak acid or weak base in stable condition. 

 Usage: The sucrose fatty acid ester produced S series of products with a wide range of HLB values (1 to 16), the user can select the appropriate products according to their own HLB value of sucrose fatty acid ester.
